• More than 70% of the aluminum parts we produce are fabricated. Through the use of precision extrusions, we've helped customers take as many as six steps of out of their manufacturing process; eliminating time spent managing the supply chain.
• Our experience in aluminum fabrications allows us to work closely with your design team to meet your most critical needs. Once your design is finished, custom aluminum extrusion prototypes have been delivered in as little as 5 days.

How Small?

• Our press technology allows us to extrude tubing with an outside diameter as small as .125 inches. How small can we go? Just challenge us!

How Thin?

• We've produced extruded aluminum tubing with wall thicknesses as thin as .010" and profiles with wall thicknesses as thin as .015". Thin wall aluminum tubing is our specialty! Can we do it again? Just ask us!

How Precise?

• We supply extruded aluminum tubing with OD tolerances of +/-.0005”. Aluminum extrusion industry tolerances are NOT standard at Profile. How precise can we get? Just ask us!
