Profile utilizes a very unique 4-axis vertical mill for long extrusions. We have the capability to accurately machine aluminum shapes and tubing up to 14 feet long. Many linear slide applications require holes and countersinks over long lengths.<\/p>\n

Historically, the wire EDM process has been most widely used by the tool and die manufacturing industry.
