Profile Precision Extrusions manufactures a wide variety of simple to complex extruded aluminum shapes. We produce standard aerospace extrusions such as Army-Navy Aeronautical Design Standards (AND shapes), Boeing standard designs (BAC shapes) that meet their demanding criteria. We set ourselves apart from others in our industry because of our ability to produce aluminum extrusions that require close tolerances, a small design envelope, or both.

- Extruded shapes whose profile fit inside a 4.0″ diameter circle
- Extruded tubes less than 2.75” outside diameter
- Dimensional tolerances to +/- .001″
- Wall thickness down to .020″
- Net weight parts to Designs as light as .005 lbs./ft
- 1/2 Aluminum Association standard tolerances or better for design attributes such as: wall thickness, bow, twist, straightness and flatness
